The aim of the project conducted by zukunft im zentrum GmbH is to increase the participation in vocational training of people with a migratory background (in the following, for reasons of simplicity, 'migrants').

The project addresses migrants with a command of German on the level B1 (CEFR). In cooperation with several providers of education and training, participants can receive (partial) qualifications or also a full vocational certificate through modular training. The special nature of the project lies in the integrated language teaching and personal assistance. The project is funded by the Berlin Senate Department for Labour, Integration and Women's Affairs (SENAIF) and the European Social Fund.

Diskriminierung – ein Thema bei der Vermittlung in Arbeit?

Ziel des Projektes Di&Di war es die Eingliederung von Arbeitsuchenden mit Migrationshintergrund in den Arbeitsmarkt zu unterstützen durch den Kampf gegen Diskriminierung und die positive Bewertung von Diversity.
Das Ausbildungsprogramm das im Rahmen des Projektes dafür entwickelt und umgesetzt wurde konzentrierte sich auf gering qualifizierte Migrantinnen und qualifizierte junge Migranten, die nach Eurostat-Daten besonders von Arbeitslosigkeit und Diskriminierung in allen europäischen Ländern betroffen sind.

Das Di&Di Projekt wurde im Jahr 2013 von sechs Partnern in fünf europäischen Ländern entwickelt: Enda Europe und Iriv Conseil in Frankreich, IECOB in Italien, ECAP in der Schweiz, Centre for Immigration and Integration in Bulgarien und Bildungsmarkt in Deutschland.

Job Coaching Berlin is a modular guidance system for education&training, coaching and (re-)integration into the labour market for unemployed single parents and women with family and care responsibilities

The project accompanies unemployed single parents and women having interrupted their careers because of family and care responsibilities with their professional re-orientation. In the framework of a training and coaching programme, participants receive individual support in order to remove the specific obstacles that prevent them from taking on a new job. Taking into account the participants' individual employment-biographical patterns, the project supports them through new teaching and training methods in the field of daily and family life structuring, self and time management and family health and stress management in order to empower them to better manage their life and career paths.

---ABGESCHLOSSENES PROJEKT---

Das von 2010 bis 2011 von der RKW Berlin GmbH durchgeführte Projekt  zielte auf die Sensibilisierung zum Thema Vielfalt und die Umsetzung des Unternehmensführungsinstruments Diversity Management in 20 Berliner KMU. Den teilnehmenden Unternehmen wurden Wachstums- und Innovationsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen von Diversity Management aufgezeigt, mit denen sie ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit stärken können. Von 2012 bis 2014 wird das Thema Diversity Management im Rahmen des Projekts „Vielfalt kommt an!“ der gsub-Projektgesellschaft mbH weitergeführt.

---ABGESCHLOSSENES PROJEKT---

Das von 01.05.2012 bis 31.03.2014 im Rahmen des Bundesprogramms „XENOS-Integration und Vielfalt - / die Berliner XENOS-Projekte“ von der der gsub-Projektegesellschaft mbH durchgeführte Modellprojekt zielt darauf ab, Unternehmen aus den verschiedensten Branchen für Diversity (Management) sensibilisieren.

Innerhalb des Projektes ist die Entwicklung einer modularen Weiterbildung geplant, die an den Bedarfen der teilnehmenden KMU ausgerichtet ist.
